I truly enjoyed excellent and attentive employees!
This location was excellent and exceptionally nice, close to the main train/bus station by walk, popular convenience stores and restaurants, and transport, restaurants, shops and attractions. It also was in quiet neighbourhood. The twin room was nicely decorated and brand-new with good view, big bathroom, for example. A microwave, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator were a huge plus...

Everything was amazing during 3 days, loved its magnificent location really close to the mountain, and hiking trails and train station. The staff were very supportive, ready to any request.

This is surely the best hip new hotel, helpful staff, neat rooms. The property has a particularly good and fantastic location near the lake. The place to have dinner relatively close to the hotel is Fuji Tempura Idaten. Thank you for a very nice stay.

The staff at Hananoyado Yumefuji were genuinely friendly and excellent. They met all my needs and provided good service. the view of the mountain from my clean and nicely designed room was perfect. the hotel's location was convenient in relation to other lakes. Overall, I had a really nice experience during my stay.
